What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We guarantee swift and efficient deliveries without compromising the quality of our coffee, tailored to your specific location.

What are your shipping and return policies?

Local shipping: Orders within Dubai placed before 2 pm will be delivered the same day, while deliveries to other emirates will be made the next day. For orders placed after 2 pm, delivery will be on the following day. Please note that we are closed on Fridays, so orders received on Thursday evening or Friday will be processed the next working day and delivered accordingly. Returns - local: If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return or replace it, please reach out to us within two business days of receiving the item. Please be aware that opened items not in their original packaging cannot be accepted for return. Additionally, please note that there are no returns or refunds for ground coffee beans. Returns - international: If you have any concerns about orders shipped outside of the UAE, kindly inform us via email within three to four working days of receiving your shipment. We will investigate the issue and get in touch with you to determine the suitable solution. Please ensure that the item is sealed in its original packaging and in good condition to be eligible for consideration. Unfortunately we do not accept returns for coffee or tea items.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping through our trusted courier partners. The delivery time typically ranges from 2 to 5 business days, varying based on the destination. Shipping fees are determined by location and weight, and the prices will be displayed during the checkout process on our online store. Please note that the estimated delivery times serve as a general reference and begin from the dispatch date. Gold Box Roastery LLC is not responsible for any delays resulting from customs clearance procedures at the destination.

Payments

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We welcome payments in the form of cash, bank transfers, and all major credit cards, with the exception of American Express. However, please note that for online store purchases, credit card payment is the sole method available.

Do you accept international credit cards?

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

A 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied to all transactions.

Shipping & Returns

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
