We’re opening Newcastle’s first city centre coffee roastery. Popular in London and New York city; this super-stylish coffee shop and mini roastery is a brand-new concept for Newcastle.
Our main roastery is the heart of our business. It’s where we roast our specialty coffees and where our coffee experts, baristas and licenced Q instructors are based.
When they’re not climbing mountains or trekking through rainforests to unearth new coffee beans they’re experimenting with new roasts and testing out the latest coffee gadgets and barista tools.

Our award-winning Baristas, Lyndon Recera and Mark Uy, are based at our Al Barsha branch in Dubai.
When they’re not entertaining visitors, brewing coffees and showing off their barista flair, they conduct scientific experiments with flavour, and artistically roast green coffee beans to create world-class speciality coffees for customers, hotels and coffee shops across the United Arab Emirates.
