Shipping Policy

Shipping your order.

We aim to ship your items within 48 business hours of receipt. All parcels need to be signed for, we ask that you do not provide us with a Post Office Box address. Please have deliveries sent to a work place or residence where someone is available to receive and sign for the order.

Delivery Information

If the order is not dispatched within five business days you will be contacted via email. You will be offered an alternative product or full refund.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Gold Box Roastery is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Import Taxes and Duties

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Gold Box will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as its rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products.


Gold Box guarantees that all products will leave our premises in perfect working order / condition.

If your product does not arrive in perfect condition or does not match with what you ordered you must let us within five days from receipt of order. We will replace your order with the correct product (subject to availability) or issue you a full refund using the same method you used.

All returned goods must be unused in their original packaging, intact with their original documents. We will arrange a refund within a maximum of 15 days after the receipt of the goods back to us at Gold Box Roastery. We regret that shipping/courier costs cannot be refunded. Freshly roasted coffee is non-returnable.
